1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to transfer and chauffeur services provided by Flughafendirekt (RSM Prebreza, referred to below as the “provider”) to its customers.
2. Services
The provider offers passenger transfers to and from Zurich Airport and other journeys by arrangement, with a chauffeur and in the confirmed vehicle class.
3. Enquiries and formation of the contract
Price calculations and enquiries made via the website, WhatsApp, email or phone are non-binding. A binding contract is formed only when we expressly confirm the journey and fixed price in writing.
4. Prices
The fixed price confirmed in writing in Swiss francs applies. It includes the confirmed journey and standard luggage. Additional stops, unusual luggage or other changes are charged only by prior agreement.
5. Payment
Payment is made by TWINT, card or cash and is due during or after the journey, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Flight delays and waiting time
For airport pickups, we track the specified flight and adjust the pickup time. At the airport, 60 minutes of waiting time after landing are included free of charge. Any further waiting time, or waiting time for address pickups, will be discussed with you before a charge is made.
7. Changes and cancellations
Please inform us of changes and cancellations as early as possible. Any charges depend on the timing, costs already incurred and the conditions in the written booking confirmation.
8. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed time and provide accurate information about the address, passenger count and luggage. Statutory seat belt requirements and the chauffeur’s instructions must be followed.
9. Liability and force majeure
Liability is governed by applicable Swiss law. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure or exceptional traffic or weather conditions. For time-sensitive journeys, we recommend allowing a sufficient time buffer.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction under the law.
12. Severability
If any individual provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
